Important Parts Description
(1) VVVF Variable Voltage Variable Frequency Energy-Saving System
The use of the frequency converter can effectively cut down the energy loss. It can usually save up to 60% of the energy in high traffic conditions. When the escalator has no passengers, it will operate at a low speed. It will immediately restores to the normal speed running when it detects the approach of passengers.
(2) Automatic oiling
Automatic oiling and lubrication system fullfill the ideal automatic lubrication to the transmission chain during the running process of the escalator. It not only reduces the daily repair and main tenance work load, but also prolongs the service life of the
driving mechanism.
(3) Running Direction Indication (Optional)
The running direction and forbidden display mark have been placed in the inlet and outlet of the handrail.The large display running or forbidden in struction ensures the safe riding of the passengers with ease to observe.
(4) Step chain-Roller in Built
The rollers has been internally installed in the specially designed roller step chin.It can effectively reduce the noise during the driving process and bring about a ssmoother and quiet operation.
